There is on-site installation and training ( West Wales only ) and a comprehensive user-guide comes with each programme.
HERD DIARY is an on-going product that is constantly under review. We respond to any useful suggestions from our customers and also makes the appropriate changes as the Government's rules and regulations come into force.
With all of our programmes there is free phone or e-mail support for 6 months from the date of purchase, which is renewable for an annual fee of £ 30+vat after that.
Customers with support agreements receive free upgrades as they
are released.
